O testador verificará o bom funcionamento dos contatos do relé conectando a bateria do carro (11V--15V) à bobina do relé. O testador assistirá à configuração do pino, o tempo para entrar em contato com o fechamento e abertura, consistência do relé durante cada sessão de teste, o testador acenderá o LED VERDE se tudo for passado durante a sessão de teste, se não acender a VERMELHO Led. Introdução: 1. Conecte a energia leva à bateria do carro - clipe de jacaré preto ao terminal negativo, clipe de jacaré vermelho ao terminal positivo. 2. O testador é alimentado quando o LED ilumina em VERMELHO. 3. Verifique o relé antes de conectar no testador. Se for um relé de 4 pinos, selecione "4 pinos" no testador. Se for um relé de 5 pinos, selecione "5 pinos" no testador. 4. Conecte o relé em um dos três receptáculos. 5. Pressione o botão "TEST". 6. O testador verificará a configuração do pino do relé desconhecido. O testador acenderá o LED VERMELHO se o relé desconhecido não for o mesmo do relé automotivo mais comum do pino do relé desconhecido for destruído. 7.O testador abrirá e fechará o relé 10 vezes para testar o tempo para entrar em contato com o fechamento e abertura se a configuração do pino do relé estiver certa. Tester will check the pin configuration of the unknown relay. Tester will light the RED LED if the unkonwn relay is not the same to the most of common automotive relaysor the pin of the unknown relay is destroyed. 7.Tester will open and close the relay 10 times for testing the time to contacts closure and opening if the pin configuration of the relay is right. Tester will light the RED LED immediately if the time is overtime. 8. Tester will check the consistency of the relay after testing the time to contacts closure and opening ten times. Tester will light the GREEN LED if the test passed, if not light the RED LED. 9. Disconnect power leads from the car battery and remove relay from the tester. Attention: 1.
